h + p Handelspanel: Umsatz- und Gewinnplus im mittleren bis gehobenen Fashion Facheinzelhandel im Jahr 2017

In 2017 konnte der textile Facheinzelhandel des hachmeister + partner Handelspanel nach einer negativen Entwicklung in 2016 wieder eine positive Performance realisieren. Neben einem Umsatzplus von 0,6% zum Vorjahr konnte gleichzeitig die erzielte Kalkulation deutlich erhöht werden. Dagegen stiegen die Kosten insgesamt nur geringfügig um 0,5% zum VJ an. Entsprechend ergibt sich ein deutliches Plus im Betriebsergebnis im Vergleich zum VJ. Aufgrund einer leicht geringeren Investitionstätigkeit im Vergleich zum VJ erhöhte sich das EBITDA ebenfalls, aber geringfügig geringer als das Betriebsergebnis.

Zu einzelnen Kosten: Die gesamten Personalkosten verharrten auf unverändertem VJ Niveau, während die Vertriebskosten (Werbung alle Kanäle, CRM etc.) deutlich anstiegen. Die Kosten für Miete erhöhten sich leicht, ebenso die Kosten für Instandhaltung, während Abschreibungen und Zinsen deutlich abnahmen.

Auf der Erlösseite ist auffällig, daß es erfolgreiche Händler schaffen die abnehmende Frequenz durch eine höhere Conversionrate und höhere Kundenbons über zu kompensieren, es sensibler abgeschrieben wird und neue Einnahmequellen immer professioneller angegangen werden (neue Abteilungen im Bereich Schuhe, Taschen/Koffer, Parfümerie; Betreibung von Café/Restaurant; Untervermietung von Flächen).

Damit ergibt sich für 2017 ein positives Bild für den h+p Fashion Facheinzelhandel!

    Görtz and Wortmann change the industry through a joint project "Process optimization for planning and controlling the goods"

    The question of how to remain competitive and position itself for the future occupies shoe retailers and manufacturing companies alike. For this reason, it is necessary to regularly question existing strategies and concepts and to develop them if necessary. In the footwear industry, optimizing the value chain provides many opportunities to improve outcomes for both the trading and industry partners. With this maxim, the companies Görtz and Wortmann Schuh-Holding commissioned us to revise the existing processes and to identify potential in a joint project.
    It's likely to attract attention in the industry, as this close collaboration between two partners with supposedly different interests will further develop and revolutionize the industry. Because the goal of providing the right product at the right place, at the right time and in the right quantity is now achievable. In various workshops with a team from both companies, a process for the future planning and control of the goods was developed. The binding nature of the availability of goods and thus planning security was in the foreground. Without mutual understanding, more transparency on both sides and an honest exchange, this goal would not have been achievable. In the future, a joint limit and inventory planning will be created that sets concrete monthly goals for the entire season. This is matched in the Vororder, but also extends over the entire Nachorder, so that can be continuously adjusted depending on the actual season course.

    SEAK and hachmeister + partner agree a strategic cooperation

    SEAK, the competent system and software provider for personnel planning in the retail sector and hachmeister + partner agree on a strategic cooperation. While SEAK continues to develop the systems in its core, h + p will provide the appropriate benchmarking and qualification consulting after the systems have been implemented. For the clients and clients of both companies, many additional services are provided.  

    Decisive factor for the stationary trade are and remain the teams in the sales. It will no longer be just about scheduling or cost optimization, but focusing on customer retention and development. For this purpose, newly developed profiles and tasks will influence employee engagement and effectiveness in the future. New processes and key figures will highlight the potential, increase added value with customers and thus achieve a better result.     Christoph Schwarzl is new partner at h + p

    Christoph Schwarzl is now working as a new partner and shareholder hachmeister + partner. As a proven process and IT expert, he strengthens the team for all internationalization and technology topics. He brings over 20 years of experience in international retail and wholesale into the consulting. Most recently he worked as a senior partner for Kurt Salmon. During his career he worked as Vice President at SAP and Partner at Accenture.

    As a passionate and implementation-oriented consultant, he has accompanied well-known clothing and lifestyle companies internationally in the strategic reorientation and further development of the process and IT organization. He is considered a specialist in the development and implementation of multichannel strategies. His professional focus around the digitization of the trade, complemented by his project management and change management expertise.

    Two decades h + p: Dr. Alfred Haar goes to rest

    Dr. Alfred Haar, one of the managing partners of hachmeister + partner for nearly 20 years, is retiring at the end of 2016. He leaves a healthy and growing company.We, the partners and the entire 50-person h + p team thank him for his dedication and contribution to the positive development of our company. Even after his active career at h + p, the soon to be 65-year-old Reutlinger will be maintained by numerous tasks and personal mandates of the industry.We wish our friend Alfred Haar all the best for the further, certainly also active phase of life.
